To me it should be either all translated or all English, and my 
preference is for it to be English.

The way Sphinx will do the translations I think the current _() (for 
properties doc string) will not be of any help as I think it does the 
gettext extraction out of the .rst files and not out of the .py files to 
ensure that all documentation gets taken care off.
