Which of the following is halachah and why, with regard to 2 contradictory
statements:
Rav- follow the later one
Shmuel- divide due to "burden of proof is on one seeking to exact?"
Rav Nachman- divide due to "property in doubt is divided?"

The Kollel replies:
The Halachah is like Rav Nachman, because his opinion is consistent with
the majority opinion in the dispute between Sumchus and the Chachamim. (See
Ritva)
