Payrolls data pressure stocks
Stocks retreated Friday after a report on November employment showed disappointing 
growth in new jobs despite the economic recovery.

The nation's unemployment rate slipped to 5.9 percent in November, the lowest level in

Ford puts cash rebate on pickups
Ford Motor Co. has put its first broad cash rebate and no-interest loan offer on its

Kmart posts narrower quarterly loss
Kmart Holdings Corp. said Friday its quarterly loss narrowed from a year earlier when
