A Reflection on Today's Scripture:

What a great message we read today in the story of the conversion of
St. Paul. He went from being a persecutor of Christians to an
Evangelist for Christ. Nothing is impossible for our God! This
message reminds us all that as baptized Christians who know Jesus
Christ, we have a special duty to our brothers and sisters who do not
know and recognize Him as the Lord of their lives.

The way to go about witnessing for Jesus is different today then ever
before. Who do we speak to first? Do we speak to those close to us
who don't enjoy a special intimacy with Christ, even though they have
been baptized? What do we gently say to bring them back, to convert
them to their childhood love of Jesus? Or, do we just walk in the
footsteps of Christ and show those that see us that we are trying to
live life as Christians who love God? Perhaps then, they will want
some of that happiness and peace and joy that we are experiencing.

One way is to pray that we will have the right words to speak when we
encounter a person who does not know Jesus. Another is to speak about
what our Lord has done in our own life. By our kind voice, our
listening ear, our helping hand, our loving embrace, we can bring
more souls to a realization of what Christ came to teach us all.

We pray Father for the grace
To spread the good news;
To set a good example by our actions;
To allow Your words to penetrate the hearts
of those who do not know you. AMEN!
