A Reflection on Today's Scripture:

Just as Moses had his mission to carry out, so also do we. Sometimes
the way is not clear to us but we know through the promise of Christ
that He is with us. He has no favorites as He extends the invitation
"Come to me...."

Our journey through this world of ours is many times hard. We have to
face these hardships; but not alone. When we think about what a yoke
is and what it is used for, we begin to get the message. A yoke is
the way teams of horses or donkeys are bound together to give
strength to help haul a load of products to the market. So too are we
bound together with Jesus. He is with us always, through trials,
sickness, anxiety, etc.

Whatever is burdening you today, just turn to Jesus and ask Him to
take your pain or trouble away from you, and you will find rest for
your soul. (Mt 11:29)

          Jesus my Lord,
help me in my times of distress,
help me to realize how much you love me.
Help me to know, love and serve you better. Amen!
