Hi Marge,

It is really great to hear you are much better with this regimen, but
Echinacea and Goldenseal are really not things you ought to take every day
(the rest sounds great). I sure would like to see you start by skipping one
day a week, maybe a different day for each of them, and then adding more
time in between until you reach the place where you need to take it. A lot
of herbs really are just for sometimes, and these are two of them,
especially the goldenseal. Goldenseal is also becoming rare, "mined" out of
the wild and very tough to cultivate.

If you think there is an allergy connection, you might try nettle, it can be
taken all the time in large quantities, it is food, full of vitamins and
minerals. It is also good for gout.

This would be a good question to pose to Remedy Village, where there are
some real and very responsive experts watching.

Jan
