[DaneBytes] Macadamia Nuts

Has anyone heard of a potential problem with dogs eating Macadamia Nuts?
This was presented on another list in an email about 'holiday' dangers to
pets..I am looking for verification. Hamlet loves them, Spock hates them!

Macadamia nuts:  can cause increased body temperature, muscle stiffness,
increased heart rate and tremors.
