Speaking of Humane Societies -- my son (who lives in Montana)
called me today -- he told me the story of his former roommate --
seems the police called looking for him.... he roommate stole
his own dog out of the Humane Society!! He dog got out of the
yard and was picked up -- the owner went down to get it, and
was told that the office was closed for the night -- that the dog
was safe -- he could see his dog in the back of the place in a
run with a dog house (no inside/outside) ---- so he jumped the
fence and got his dog!
The location is near Glacier National Park and freezing most of the
time -----
I don't know what they will do -- but I could identify with "why" ---
I will keep you posted if I hear more.
