This is great, I have a non-biased city council member!
May I ask you for your opinion? (and you can put your
vest away we mean to harm!)
If a person lived on the outskirts of town, and did no
shopping in that town because of the distance, nor did
they subscribe to that local part of town's paper for it
has no significant impact.
