Technically these are not new strings, but you did not have the chance to translate them, so they are new in po files. I'm updating Pootle now. New strings are in cui/source/tabpages.po and in svx/source/stbctrls.po. New pot/sdf files were uploaded to http://dev-www.libreoffice.org/l10n/.
