Right, which is why it wasn't relevant to either the question I asked or
the claim you made.  I asked if darcs works with mingw scp (or perhaps I
should say MSYS scp).  You claimed that darcs only works with putty scp.  I
know darcs doesn't work with cygwin scp, because cygwin scp doesn't accept
windows paths.
