Instead of 'darcs send -o somefile.dpatch' you would use 'darcs send -O'
and it would generate the filename for you, based on the name of the
first patch in the bundle.

It is intended 1) as a minor convenience and 2) because it creates a
parallel to 'darcs send' which will automatically generate a patch name
for the attachment.

If Eric decides to accept the patch, I'll create a patch for the
documentation (and for a test).
