Darcs will print 'Wrote patch to somefilename.dpatch.' Also, if one were so inclined they could have their script figure out the name by using the same transformation that is in FileName.lhs:patch_filename. By the way, I just noticed that FileName.lhs is a pretty bad place for that code. I must not have noticed the description of the FileName module when I put it there. It should probably be moved, although I'm not sure where yet. I'll take a look at that later. -- Zachary P.
