Sorry, I misunderstood your question. You will need to download Pageant
(and probably PuTTYGen) separately (available at
http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/download.html). You'll
need to set up passwordless ssh login as described in
http://darcs.net/DarcsWiki/WindowsConfiguration
