I guess that's my point, really.  Tags are just empty patches.  Which
makes sense from the Darcs side of things, but from the
UI/User-Expectations side it falls just short of being enough, as Tags
have significantly more semantic meaning to a person/project than your
ordinary empty patch.

``darcs changes`` gives you a list of patches.  How do you get a list
of *just* tags?

How do you get an *exact* list of a tag's exact context/dependency?
