Okay, I'll accept ``darcs changes --tags=".*"``, it makes sense in
retrospect, albeit not as simple an UI pattern as I would care for. I
still think that maybe ``darcs query tags`` might be a simple memorable
shortcut, and would fit right alongside ``darcs query manifest``.
I'm still curious as to why I can't get ``darcs`` to give me a Tag
context/dependency "tree".
