Talk about unsung heroes, I didn't realize there was a moderator either. Thanks a lot for doing it for this long. As far as closing the lists go, I don't know. I always subscribe to mailing lists before posting. But I do sort of agree with another users' point that you want to keep the barrier low when a user is having difficulty and wants help. In response to someone new stepping up to be a moderator: if someone has a strong desire to do that, feel free to step up to the plate.
