Does the "context" 'darcs send' gives reveal any sensitive information?
 Just the names and descriptions of patches, not their contents, I think.

Also is it a problem if the patches reveal former contents of lines that
were deleted by the patch, or non-modified parts of lines that were
modified (very small portions of the original document)?
