Zooko keeps a copy of the darcs master repository (dunno how
often he pulls it though) viewable with trac:

  http://allmydata.org/trac/darcs-2/

The timeline module provides an RSS feed too.

And, speaking of which, why isn't trac-darcs robust enough? ;-)
