Yes, but don't bother changing any wikis or webpages yet. I didn't want to change the current advice (which is to write patches against stable) because I was hoping that casual contributors, i.e. folks that aren't really paying attention to darcs work like the sprint could continue working from stable. But I suppose that given the extent to which the two branches have diverged, that's not very realistic to ask.
