This requires the Haskell packages "cabal" and "cabal-install"; the latter provides a binary cabal(1) which needs to be in $PATH. >> $ runghc ./Setup.lhs configure [...] This just requires the Haskell package "cabal". I do not know if the cabal version included in GHC 6.6 (cabal 1.2) is new enough; you might need to install cabal 1.6 separately.
