What's wrong with the existing "critical" priority (severity)?

I guess that critical unresolved tickets will get sorted to the top,
which is a good thing.

Would it be clearer to call say "Milestone-2009-01"?

If this convention continues, will the resulting proliferation of topics
(keywords) cause problems? Once we pass a milestone, what happens to
open milestone tickets that didn't get fixed before the milestone? Will
someone have to go through and "bump" the milestone topic with which
they'r associated?
