I think wording along those lines should be just fine. Is there any action you'll be needing on our part? Perhaps one thing we could use is a final copy of the agreement that I can then circulate. If nobody voices any serious complaints about this 'release candidate' for a few days, I propose we get down to signing pieces of paper :-) Speaking of which, will it be just me and David that sign this or the Oversight Committee?
