I should add this is of course with TortoiseDarcs get...
If I try Salvatores darcs binary I get the following output:

C:\TEMP>darcs get --debug k...@athene:Projects/FOO/current
Starting work on get...
Disabling progress reports...
ssh k...@athene darcs transfer-mode --repodir Projects/FOO/current/
Failed to start ssh connection:

NOTE: the server may be running a version of darcs prior to 2.0.0.

Installing darcs 2 on the server will speed up ssh-based commands.

All I did was to replace the darcs executable with the files Salvatore provided.

Any hints? Do I need to register those dlls as well?

Thanks,

Christian
