Well, I wouldn't call it "darcshub" or "darcsforge", but you could
have something like "darcsden" or "darcsdepot", though alliteration is
rather naff :-)

I like that connotation, though I hadn't thought of it.  I was
thinking of tags as in "darcs tag".
