I don't see buildbot having an MSYS requirement.  Did I gloss over it, or
are you saying that the darcs buildbot still needs MSYS as a darcs
dependency?  If so, what does darcs still use MSYS for?  Just running the
test suite?  I thought someone confirmed on the list recently that you can
at least build darcs on windows sans MSYS/cygwin.
