Darcswatch should be retargeted to -devel. If you don't do this at the source, it doesn't really bother me; I can always add a VM filter or devnull it via procmail -- or unsubscribe darcs-users. But it seems to me this is a general thing: users is where people present content, devel is where the machines babble for the record.
