I thought it'd be useful to avoid accidentally re-reviewing bundles, but
it's far more likely that I'll ignore a given bundle than re-review it.
In the former case, the darcswatch post means a second post to ignore.
I'm not directly involved in the work, but I believe the intention is for
darcs-users just to see darcswatch recording that a bundle as applied,
which I think is useful. Eric's been trying to figure out how to get the
other mails stopped but hasn't yet managed it, but I'd suggest putting up
with the noise for a bit longer until things settle down.
I guess if people feel that even seeing that a bundle has been applied
isn't useful, then the mails should just be all redirected to -devel.
