For those of you that think it is a good idea to get a CSA license but don't want to belong to some stupid club , goto www.roag.co.za and join their virtual club . It is completely free and they are recognized by CSA as legitimate club . ROAG = Race Organizers Administration Group . These blokes looks like they know what they are doing and our cycling bodies should maybe go and get a few tips form them .
