<quote from geoff the aussie> The Toyota MTN Cycle Park will be having an OPEN DAY and entry from midday will be complimentary (that means free) to all. Super Cycling will be doing an outside broadcast direct from the Toyota MTN Cycle Park, and this is only the second one they have elected to do in the history of the show. The first one was at a small unheard of race event called the ABSA Cape Epic.
Regardless of the particular flavor of two wheels you love, the stars of your discipline will be there. Burry S will be there all in Specialized Red and tearing around the place with his Euro sponsors trying to keep him out of Drop Zone and Space Junk. Greg M will be hooning around the place trying to convince Burry to do things on a XC bike he shouldn't attempt (then drinking beer and dancing on the tables). Sifiso N will, no doubt, join them on the tables if we can get him off the BMX Track. We will have the stars of Road Racing in SA trying their (hopeless) skills against one another on 20" bikes on the BMX track. You can even expect Springbok Rugby Players in lycra (one for the girls hehehe) cross dressing and playing on their bikes. Dylan V will be there bouncing all over the Toyota CycleLab Team bus on his bike (until Andrew finds out we have arranged to do it) and all the Hooligans from Freeride Friday will be attempting new and creative ways to commit suicide by mountain bike in the Jump Park with a TV film crew recording it all. For most of us mere mortals this may be the only chance you have to get on TV for riding your bike other than crashing into the Water Point Table at a Marathon Race. </unquote> --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "DarkAndDirty" group.
