hehe MY knee is ok ... this was in reply to michelle's email about how the tandem is doing, i copied it from their blog ... they are struggling, and they are 2 VERY strong cyclists ... they update their blog regularly, following it will give you an idea of what dirty is going to ride next year or the year after.
