2. You can enter now already ... the seeding is a separate exercise from the organisers and happens after the entries close. You can even (after seeding) contend your seeding at the race expo and try to motivate for a better seeding, but that's pushing it a bit fine...). Rather do all the races for seeding, make sure you wear your chip(s) for them and get good results, and wait to see if the 94.7 seeding is fair...
