Seeding is a roadie thing , if you have a specific finish time in mind
then a certain seeding may help you . I think all the seeding races at
this stage are far away races like the Knysna race . I think that the
chances are good that you will start somewhere in ZZ if you did not know
about seeding . But that is where all the fun is and you can always go
flat out and win your batch !!!!
