There are a number of suppliers of ICE bracelets and velcro straps. They 
usually don't cost much, and as you say, they can be a real lifesaver. 

There's some debate over whether having them on your bike or Camelbak is 
sufficient as both could be stolen whilst you're unconscious. I guess the 
safest is to have it on your wrist or ankle.

After Mike's crash a few weeks ago I got thinking - we generally know each
other quite well, but if someone falls and loses consciousness, how many of
us know all riders' full names, let alone medical aid no or ID, or ICE
contact number, so can I suggest that we all carry ICE data in our tubbies
or on our bikes, perhaps under the saddle or something similar.  I generally
don't ride with a mobile phone, so ICE info on that wont help.
