Ok. I see where you're going with this. 

-The rubber boots can be converted into cycling shoes (though would not be very 
comfortable);
-the hardhat can double as cycling helmet (the style police will arrest me for 
just thinking of doing it);
-the safety vest will no doubt help;

But cycling in work clothes not good idea.....and so is pitching up at a site 
meeting wearing lycra!!!!
