Appreciations are in order: Thanks very much for all of you who attended and made the inaugural event such a success and to Adelene from Tshwane Nature Conservation who arranged for permission for us to play at Faerie Glen Nature Reserve. Adele who helped with the registration. Excuse me... She did ALL of it :-) and Craig who helped set up registration. Sarah who got me the controls and together with Alex brought ROC banners. Cobus who helped fetch some of the controls afterward. Cindy who helped tally the scores for prizegiving, very quickly I might add, with no mistaked that would influence the prizegiving. And a very special thanks to Francois who helped me with surveying the map, placing controls beforehand (from 6.15), tallying scores, and fetching the bulk of the controls afterward (cos I couldn't due to an injury). He only got home at 16.00... We'll do it again, I'm sure.
