Like I mentioned before, it has only happened for me with D600 NEFs. I do *NOT* see it with D810 NEFs, D300 NEFs, Panasonic RW2s, Canon CR2s, or any other RAW files. You should be able to grab: <http://www.swcp.com/~aflundi/DSC_0454.NEF> and in darkroom, just adjust the White Balance, in any way you want, then with white balance in the history stack, go straight to the Print module, and the image will clip the top of her head (and shift the image up). This also happens from other modules like exposure, demosaic, and many others.
