I guess this is mostly about proofreading?
What would be needed is check if things are still valid in the way we
describe them. Eg. the manual still refers to the old F7/F8/F9/F10 way
of changing lightness and contrast of the GUI, which is no longer
supported AFAIK. Things like that.

Yes, should be done. BTW the lua api manual is a separated document now.
