Darktable 2.2 rc1 works on my Ubuntu in Windows. The upgrade of the
Ubuntu was a little complicated. But, I't works :-).

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade if you have Darktable already installed, or

Boom, you are running a 2.2rc1 version. But it's not a nightly build
though. You would need to compile for that.

With Ubuntu 14.04 (at the moment).. I will try the upgrate and
hope, I can use the new Darktable.
But my question was: How can I use darktable 2.2. rc2 on this
system. I cannot build the software from the sources.
