The little white "collapse control" triangle under the filmstrip now has a
somewhat complicated behavior with more than two states... try clicking on it
multiple times. If worse comes to worse, you can edit your darktablerc file;
you want:
darkroom/ui/toolbar_bottom_visible=TRUE
