I edited the darktablerc file as suggested, but every time I restart
darktable I see the same behaviour and the darktablerc file is always
changed back to darkroom/ui/toolbar_bottom_visible=FALSE.
Something funny going on.
This is a build of dt on Fedora 30, anyone else seeing similar behaviour.
