This has been answered a few times already:
"darktable will support it as soon as someone wants to implement and
maintain the code."

Implementing support for non-bayer sensors would require someone to
implement the functionality and take on the responsibility of maintaining
it.

None of the darktable developers have a non-bayer camera at the moment.
Supporting non-bayer sensors would take a considerable amount of coding
and testing, so it is not currently on an active todo-list.

That said, new contributors would be more than welcome. :-)

PS: I actually like Fuji. I'm a former Fuji S1 pro user, and I loved that
camera. ;-)
