Hi Ulrich,

I finished to the end of Chapter 1 this weekend.

What do you use for annotating pdf files? I was greatly dissatisfied
with okular, and couldn't find anything better on Linux, so I ended up
using Adobe software on my iOS device. On Linux, the annotations display
best using acroread.

By and large, it's been fairly reasonable. I think the bulk of the
annotations are relating to use of "you" and "your", which doesn't feel
right for a manual. That, and inserting commas. :)

I more-or-less followed the proofreading marks, here:

Some of my 'insert comma' marks were above the line, so look like
'insert apostrophe', but it should be pretty obvious I meant comma.

Any questions, just ask.

Rob -- I think it would be good to have a second set of eyes look over
my annotations. Some of what I'm suggesting could just be my personal
style (which is North American-centric), as opposed to fixing something
egregiously wrong.

Cheers,
Ammon
