it's an open_GL_ test program, not cl.

don't do that.. not sure it's going to pick it up anyways, but you
should have the library cited in the nvidia.icd file installed
somewhere along with the rest of the driver.

nvidia changed the name from cuda.so to nvidia-opencl.so at some
point, so it's worth double checking the contents of the icd file.
