I am filing a bug report against the ubuntu package right now. It deletes the nvidia.icd symlink in /etc/ all the time and now it does not even create sane symlinks for libnvidia-opencl. I just "fixed" the issue by manually creating a nvidia.icd containing the line "libnvidia-opencl.so.304.88"
