I am not sure about the legal case for openSUSE and therefore I raised
the issue to the opensuse-bar mailinglist [0]. I guess I will have to wait
for the answer.
On the other hand I see no problem of removing the offending external
sources from the srpm. IMPOV it is no different than applying distro
specific patches.
