I've never run into this issue!

And BTW, it is a big USER mistake to ask for a *move* instead of a
*copy*. That's a basic principle in photo editing. Until you have not
put the RAW into a safe place it is far better to keep the data into the
memory card. I have a set of card and format a card only when the
pictures are on my RAID hard drive and often copied into an external
(web service) storage.
