Hi Pascal,

In the 2th and 3th scenario your solution of course works! In the past I
thought about to solve these scenario using several library files (as
lightroom does) but in this case I need a UI to create, import (join)
and move dt libraries. And a menu or a launcher to load a library
instead of other.

I fear I have lost an important step here:
when my storage is unavailable and I work on local cache copy, how to
resync xmp sidecar file to the storage, when again available?
Does the "remove" button sync back to remote storage? Is there a way to
sync back without remove?

Thanks again!

Ivan
