Yepp, these should be the next steps: If the problem is related to OpenCL, please start darktable from a terminal with '-d opencl', do the export and post the complete debug output here. If the problem is not related to OpenCL, please start darktable with '-d dev' and post the debug lines that are produced during the export. I still assume that the problem is tiling related - either the OpenCL or the CPU tiling routines.
