Sorry, my post was a bit unprecise. I mean packages not files. But I don't know 
how you installed the nvidia drivers. I used the packages from Debian, not the 
binaries from Nvidia directly.

With Nvidia 304.88 packages from Debian I didn't had any problems to get 
OpenCL working. Actually I am on 331.20 and I had to upgrade opencl also.
At least my history tells that.

However you can not upgrade to a newer version than 304?
